Rum Walnut Cake Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients (except nuts) beating on medium speed for 2 min.
  2. Using an 8 inch springform pan, grease and flour and sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.
  3. Pour batter over nuts.
  4. Bake 325 for 1 hour.
  5. Cold and invert.
  6. Prick top with pick and spoon glaze over top.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream.
