Baked Apricot Spread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar in medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Add sour cream and apricots; mix well.
  4. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with nuts.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  6. or until nuts are lightly toasted and spread is heated through.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Serve with crackers.
