Campfire S'mores Sundae
- 58 each graham crackers
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 gal. JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1-1/4 qt. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
- 48 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- Arrange half of the grahams in single layer on bottom of each of 2 parchment paper-lined full sheet pans (or all of the grahams in 1 half sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Brush evenly with the melted butter; sprinkle with the chopped chocolate, marshmallows and OREO Pieces.
- Bake in 350F-standard oven for 18 min.
- or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
- Cool slightly.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until completely cooled.
- Cut dessert in each full sheet pan into 24 squares.
- (Or, cut dessert in half sheet pan into 12 squares for trial recipe.)
- For each serving: Place 1 square on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 to 10 sec.
- or just until warmed.
- Top with scoop of ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
