Cheesy Italian Crostini
- 1 cup Shredded Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 slices Bacon, Cooked Over Medium Heat Until Crispy Then Crumbled
- 1 whole Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 loaf Whole Grain Baguette, Sliced To Your Desired Thickness (aim For About 15 Slices)

- Preheat oven to 400 F.

- In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, crumbled bacon, green onion, oregano and garlic powder.
- Add mayonnaise and stir until combined.
- 3.
- Spoon mixture onto sliced bread and put the bread onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 6-7 minutes, or until melted and the edge of the cheese just barely shows golden brown.
- 4.
- Serve immediately.
