Salsa Sloppy Joes
- 1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 Tbsp. TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 8 hamburger buns, split
- Cook turkey in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in salsa, seasoning mix, corn and green pepper.
- Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Fill buns with turkey mixture.
