Vickys Chocolate-Crisp Treats, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 30 grams single serving bag of plain or ready salted crisps/potato chips, I used the stores own brand but have also used Walkers/Lays rippled crisps (I also have a recipe for homemade plain crisps listed in my profile)
- 100 grams chocolate of choice, I used a left over Moo-Free brand Easter egg
- 1 sprinkles to decorate
- Melt the chocolate either over a bain marie or for convenience, in the microwave
- Lay out a piece of foil or greaseproof baking parchment
- Coat each crisp with the melted chocolate on both sides - use a spoon to help spread/drizzle it on, if you dip them they may break...
- Put the crisps on the parchment paper and cover with sprinkles and let them set
- Great as an extra unhealthy kids party treat!
