Veal Patties Recipe

  2. In small nonstick skillet heat 1 tsp.
  3. butter till bubbly; add in onion and celery and saute/fry till vegetables are soft but not brown.

  5. In bowl combine half the onion mix, veal, egg, saltines, salt, thyme and white pepper; mix well.

  7. Shape veal mix into 4 patties; sprinkle each with 1/4 tsp.
  8. flour.
  9. 4.
  10. In 10 inch nonstick skillet heat remaining tsp.
  11. butter, add in veal patties and brown on both sides.
  12. 5.
  13. Add in broth, mushrooms, and remaining onion mix.
  14. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 min.
