Easy Chicken Primavera
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups tri-coloured fusilli pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 165 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Stir in water.
- Bring to boil.
- Add pasta; cook 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is done and pasta is tender.
- Add broccoli, Velveeta and basil; stir.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until Velveeta is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Stir in tomatoes.
