Buffalo Chicken Pizza (Single)
- 9 ounces pizza crusts, Mama Mary's thin & crispy (or similar)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 chicken breast, grilled and cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon buffalo wing sauce, Ken's brand
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing, Ken's brand
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 13 cup cheddar cheese or 13 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Heat oven to 350F; brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Mix chicken and wing sauce; spread on pizza crust.
- Add chopped celery, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake on baking stone or cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes until edges of crust and cheese are slightly brown.
