Easy Rump Roast
- 1 whole Rump Roast
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 whole Sliced Onion
- Plug in your crock pot to heat up while you prepare the rump roast.
- Trim all the fat off of the bottom of the rump roast.
- Put it into the crock pot.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and allow it to cook.
- About halfway through the cooking time, add the sliced onions.
- It is best to start this dish earlier in the day so it has time to cook by dinner time.
- It will be very tender by the time its done and is excellent with mashed potatoes.
