Pasta with Rapini and Anchovies

  1. Saute onions, garlic and anchovies in oil in large saute pan 2 to 3 min.
  2. until lightly browned.
  3. Add rapini and crushed red pepper; saute 1 min.
  4. Stir in cream; bring to boil.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Reheat pasta.
  7. Add sauce; toss to coat.
  8. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese.
