Pasta with Rapini and Anchovies
- 3 Tbsp. onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - anchovy fillets, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup rapini (or broccoli florets), blanched
- dash crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- Saute onions, garlic and anchovies in oil in large saute pan 2 to 3 min.
- until lightly browned.
- Add rapini and crushed red pepper; saute 1 min.
- Stir in cream; bring to boil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Reheat pasta.
- Add sauce; toss to coat.
- Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese.
