Baking Mix Bread Recipe
- 3 c. All Purpose Mix -- or possibly Bisquick
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk, 2% low-fat
- 1 1/2 c. Pecans -- minced, optional
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, mix All Purpose Mix, Sugar, Egg and Lowfat milk together.
- Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- Cold before slicing.
