French Vanilla Butterscotch Chip

  1. Set oven to 350
  2. Mix egg, cake mix, cool whip in bowl.
  3. Mix will be sticky.
  4. A spatula works best as you have to fold the batter.
  5. Stirring doesnt work.
  6. Mix in butterscotch chips
  7. Scoop 1-2 tsp balls of cookie dough in to sugar and roll to coat.
  8. Place cookies on sheets.
  9. Bake for 16-17 minutes.
  10. Once out of oven, let cookies cool for a minute then move to wire rack to cool completely.
