French Vanilla Butterscotch Chip
- 1 box french vanilla cake mix
- 1 thawed Cool Whip topping (8 oz)
- 1 each eggs
- 1 packages butterscotch chips
- tsp sugar. enough to coat cookies
- 1 ungreased cookie sheets (line with foil or parchment paper to prevent sticking)
- 1 wire racks. for cooling
- Set oven to 350
- Mix egg, cake mix, cool whip in bowl.
- Mix will be sticky.
- A spatula works best as you have to fold the batter.
- Stirring doesnt work.
- Mix in butterscotch chips
- Scoop 1-2 tsp balls of cookie dough in to sugar and roll to coat.
- Place cookies on sheets.
- Bake for 16-17 minutes.
- Once out of oven, let cookies cool for a minute then move to wire rack to cool completely.
