Raspberry and Cream Trifles
- 1 13 cups heavy whipping cream
- 13 cup sour cream
- 14 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon triple sec
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 (3 ounce) packagesoft ladyfingers, torn
- 1 cup raspberry flavored syrup
- 2 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- In a large bowl, beat cream, sour cream, confectioners' sugar, triple sec, and orange zest with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form.
- Divide ladyfinger pieces among 6 small dessert glasses.
- Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons syrup.
- Divide cream mixture over ladyfingers.
- Top each with 1 tablespoons remaining syrup and raspberries.
- Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
