Strawberry Basil Margarita
- 2 ounces Souza Hornitos tequila
- 2 ounces sliced fresh strawberries
- 6 torn fresh basil leaves
- 1 ounce fresh lime
- splash simple syrup
- sprig of basil, for garnish
- Combine first five ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake.
- Pour into a 10-ounce old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the basil sprig.
- Do not salt the rim.
