Country Buttermilk Quickbread

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Stir dry ingredients together until well mixed.
  3. Combine oil with buttermilk, add to flour mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Turn batter onto a floured board and knead until dough is smooth.
  6. Shape into a flat round loaf on a non-stick baking tin sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F. oven 40 to 45 minutes.
  8. Cool servings.
