Best Artichoke Spinach Casserole Recipe
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed well
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/4 pound butter
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dash nutmeg
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn artichoke hearts, cut in half (canned are ok)
- Buttered bread crumbs
- Grease a 1 1/2 to 2 qt casserole.
- Mix cheese and butter.
- Add in seasonings and well liquid removed spinach.
- Place artichoke hearts in bottom of casserole and around sides.
- Cover with spinach mix.
- Top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
