Cherry Tomato Pizza
- 1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup tightly packed torn fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Pat and stretch pizza dough into 15x12-inch rustic rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with oil.
- Prick in several places with fork; top with 1 cup cheese.
- Combine tomatoes, basil and pepper; spread over crust.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
