Marinated Eggs Recipe

• 6 hard cooked Large eggs, shelled
• 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
• 3/4 c. distilled white vinegar
• 1 med. onion
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon whole pickling spice

1. For 6 pickled Large eggs will need:

eggs, pineapple juice, white vinegar, onion, sugar, salt, pickling spice
