Mariah's Magic Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Bring lightly salted water and vegetable oil to a boil in a large sauce pan.
  3. Add macaroni, stirring frequently.
  4. Cook macaroni until slightly less than done (Al Dente).
  5. Drain well.
  6. While macaroni is cooking, over low heat, melt 3 cups cheese, butter and milk in medium sauce pan, stirring constantly; be careful not to scorch.
  7. Mix dash of salt and pepper with flour and whisk into melted cheese sauce.
  8. Once sauce is creamy, combine with macaroni in large mixing bowl.
  9. Pour into baking dish.
  10. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  11. Bake until cheese is bubbly and just starting to brown on top.
  12. Enjoy.
