Kfc Tender Roast Chicken Seasoning Mix - Copycat / Clone

• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 12 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 14 teaspoon thyme
• 14 teaspoon paprika
• 18 teaspoon garlic powder
• 18 teaspoon msg

1. Trim the excess fat from the chicken.
2. Marinade the chicken in the mixture for 3 to 4 hrs or overnight.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and allow to dry.
4. Sprinkle the chicken lightly with seasoning.
5. Place on baking pan and bake at 325F for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs till chicken is done.
6. Allow to sit for 1 to 2 minutes then serve.
