Easy Garlic Chicken Thighs
- 23 cup butter
- 1/4 cup garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 8 each chicken thighs, boneless or bone in, with skin or without
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Then mix butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper and parsley.
- Arrange chicken in baking dish and pour the mixture over it.
- Bake @ 375F (190C) for 45 minutes.
