Chikuwa with Japanese Mustard and Soy Sauce

  1. Combine the soy sauce and Japanese mustard.
  2. Cut the chikuwa diagonally.
  3. Stir-fry the chikuwa in a pan.
  4. Mix the chikuwa with the dressing from Step 1 and sesame seeds.
