Jalepeno Scramble Eggs

• 4 tbsp dice mix sweet and crunchy red, orange , yellow and green jalapeAaos
• 2 eggs
• 1 dash salt
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 stick skewer
• 2 lettuce
• 2 tbsp grated parmigiano reggiano

1. in pan with butter add eggs and once egg white almost set then gently make 3 circle and break eggs yolk add a dash of salt
2. Once egg white is totally set and no longer translucent in colour add mix dice jalapeAao
3. Off heat and gently scramble to mix
4. mix jalapeAaos scramble eggs top parmigiana reggiano
5. SERVING OPTION
6. serve mix jalapeAao scramble eggs on lettuce top parmigiano reggiano as it is
7. or serve wrap up mix jalapeAao scramble eggs top parmigiano reggiano with lettuce and fasten with skewer
