Borscht Soup Recipe

  1. Simmer all vegetables in butter for 15 min.
  2. Add in sugar, stir.
  3. Add in vinegar, then beef consomme.
  4. Allow to cook on medium heat for 30 min, then add in dill.
  5. Serve warm with 1 tsp.
  6. lowfat sour cream to each bowl.
