A Recipe With Lots Of Bell Peppers: Minced Meat With Miso

  1. Cut the bell peppers into half, take out the seeds and slice in about 5 mm wide slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients and mix the miso well.
  3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil (as necessary) and fry the minced pork.
  4. When the pork is cooked, add the bell peppers and and cook on medium heat until somewhat soft.
  5. Pour the sake and the ingredients then cook on low to medium heat until some of the liquid cooks off.
  6. Be careful because the liquid might jump out from the pan!
  7. Dish it up in a plate and sprinkle on some sesame.
  8. You're all done!
  9. You can put some ichimi spice if you like.
  10. It's also delicious to make this recipe using carrots instead of bell peppers.
  11. Serve it in a cup like in the picture (user "tink" and "miiiiisa" inspired this idea).
  12. This would look prettier and easier to eat.
