Sauce Meuniere

• 12 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or more)
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley (about)
• fresh parsley sprig
• lemon wedge

1. In a heavy-based saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and allow to turn lightly brown.
2. Add lemon juice and parsley.
3. Serve hot.
