Boriqua Island Punch
- 12 cup coconut milk
- 12 cup fresh coconut meat, coarsely pureed
- 4 ounces coconut flavored puerto rican rum
- 4 ounces dark puerto rican rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 once Cointreau liqueur (orange flavored liqueur)
- 12 cup pineapple juice
- 14 tamarindo juice
- 5 -6 ice cubes
- Combine the coarse coconut meat puree or cream and coconut milk, with pineapple, lime, Tamarindo juices along with 5 ice cubes in the electric blender and blend at high speed for a minute.
- Add the 2 rums and liqueur.
- Serve.
