Guadalatuckey Beans

  1. Take the chorizo out of its casing and sautee on high heat for 10 minutes, breaking up the pieces.
  2. When color starts to happen, add 1/s of chicken stock.
  3. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder 2000, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes.
  5. Add beans and bring to a boil and let simmer another 10 minutes.
  6. The meat to bean ratio should be 2 to 1.
  7. Garnish with cheddar.
