Curried Marmalade Turkey Fillets

  1. Glaze:Combine first tbsp oil and next six ingredients (marmalade to seasoning salt) in a small bowl.
  2. Combine turkey and 1 tbsp oil in a heavy plastic bag, squeezing it to coat the turkey with oil, then remove turkey from bag.
  3. Grill turkey over med heat on BBQ for 5 minutes, turning once to sear both sides.
  4. Baste with glaze and continue cooking, basting occasionally with more glaze for 10-15 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
