BBQ Oysters
- 8 whole Oysters In The Shell
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
- Scrub the oysters clean.
- Add butter and garlic together and melt butter.
- Place oysters in the shells on the grill, over indirect heat.
- Grill until the oysters open and the ends are curled.
- Holding oysters with an oven mitt, open by prying the lid off with a sturdy knife.
- It should come off easily.
- Be careful not to spill the juices inside the oyster.
- Spoon a little garlic butter over each oyster in the shell.
- Sprinkle with your favorite hot sauce.
