Bourbon Balls Recipe

• 2 teaspoon cocoa
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
• 2 teaspoon light corn syrup
• 2 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
• 1 cup broken pecans
• To roll dough in later:
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1. Sift together first two ingredients.
2. Combine and stir in bourbon whiskey and corn syrup.
3. Add and mix thoroughly the wafers and pecans.
4. Roll mixture into small balls.
5. Dredge in the 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
