Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho Recipe

  1. Blend the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, add olive oil slowly while pureeing.
  2. Strain the soup and season with the vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together to make a asalsaa
  4. Plating
  5. Pour the soup into bowls and place the asalsaa in the middle of the soup.
  6. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil around and serve.
