Garlic Herb Lobster
- 4 medium lobsters
- 1/2 stick butter
- 5 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 10 stick thyme
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Place lobsters into steamer for ten to fifteen minutes
- Cut lobsters into quarters and "de-vein" if possible
- Over high heat, melt half a stick of butter in wok and add lobster quarters
- Add minced garlic and chili flakes (adjust amount to personal taste)
- Cook over high heat for two to three minutes while mixing well
- Add chopped cilantro, parsley, green onion, and thyme
- Add salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Cook over high heat for two to three minutes while mixing well
- Serve with white rice and steamed bok choy
