Garlic Herb Lobster

  1. Place lobsters into steamer for ten to fifteen minutes
  2. Cut lobsters into quarters and "de-vein" if possible
  3. Over high heat, melt half a stick of butter in wok and add lobster quarters
  4. Add minced garlic and chili flakes (adjust amount to personal taste)
  5. Cook over high heat for two to three minutes while mixing well
  6. Add chopped cilantro, parsley, green onion, and thyme
  7. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste
  8. Cook over high heat for two to three minutes while mixing well
  9. Serve with white rice and steamed bok choy
