Super easy Tofu fingers

  1. Drain tofu , press with heavy weight to remove excess water for 10 min
  2. Cut tofu into wedges,set aside
  3. Preheat oven to 350F
  4. Mix bread crumbs and seasoning together
  5. Coat tofu wedges with olive oil,or cooking spray.
  6. Coat prepared wedges in bread crumbs mixture evenly.Place wedges onto nonstick baking pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes turn wedges to cook on both sides evenly, cook until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve with Honey mustard,Ranch,Ketchup or any of your favorite dipping sauce.
  9. For some variations try different blend of bread crumbs and seasoning ,i have also tried this with a fish fry coating and it tastes amazing.Hope you like this enjoy !
