Super easy Tofu fingers
- 1 packages Firm tofu
- 1 packages Italian bread crumbs,or you can use special K cereal as a substitute for bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Drain tofu , press with heavy weight to remove excess water for 10 min
- Cut tofu into wedges,set aside
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix bread crumbs and seasoning together
- Coat tofu wedges with olive oil,or cooking spray.
- Coat prepared wedges in bread crumbs mixture evenly.Place wedges onto nonstick baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes turn wedges to cook on both sides evenly, cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with Honey mustard,Ranch,Ketchup or any of your favorite dipping sauce.
- For some variations try different blend of bread crumbs and seasoning ,i have also tried this with a fish fry coating and it tastes amazing.Hope you like this enjoy !
