Creamy Melting Triple-layered Mango Pudding
- 100 grams Milk
- 100 grams Mango puree
- 30 grams Mango syrup
- 100 grams Heavy cream
- 30 grams Granulated sugar
- 3 grams Gelatin
- 1 tbsp Water
- 50 grams Plain yogurt
- 20 grams Granulated sugar
- 100 grams Heavy cream
- 2 grams Gelatin
- 1 tbsp Water
- Mango pudding Dissolve the gelatin.
- Combine the milk and granulated sugar in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Take the pot off the heat.
- Add the gelatin, mango puree, mango syrup, and heavy cream in order.
- Mix well with each addition.
- Using a spoon, pour the mixture into individual pudding cups.
- (Chill in the fridge.)
- Yogurt pudding Add water to the gelatin.
- Warm the mixture over a hot bath until the gelatin melts completely.
- Add yogurt, granulated sugar, and gelatin into the bowl.
- Heat slightly in the microwave.
- Add heavy cream into the yogurt mixture and mix briskly.
- Pour over the mango mixture that's already in the pudding cup.
- Smooth out the surface.
- When the pudding has hardened, top with ready made mango sauce (for yogurt) and chill to enjoy.
- If you chill the store bought mango sauce, it becomes nice and firm.
