Creamy Artichoke Cheese Dip

• 1 12 lbs cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 34 cup grated asiago cheese or 34 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 (8 ounce) cans artichoke hearts (small or quartered)
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 12 tablespoon salt
• 1 12 teaspoons cracked pepper

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Pour into baking dish.
3. Bake at 350 aprox 20 mins - until golden and bubbly.
