12th Night Wassail

• 7 cups apple juice
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 12 cups orange juice
• 12 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup mead (optional)
• 34 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 loaf bread

2. Combine all ingredients except the mead in a pot & bring to a boil.

4. Let cool to the temperature you want to drink it at.

6. Add mead to the drink
7. For authenticity serve with a piece of toast.
