Garlic-Lime Spinach

  1. In a large Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach and cook, stirring constantly until wilted, about 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lime zest, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
