Vickys Coconut & Banana Freezer Fudge, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 130 grams coconut butter (see link below for a recipe)
- 1 large ripe banana
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sunflower butter (see link below for a recipe)
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Throw everything in a blender and puree smooth
- Scrape into some ice cube trays and freeze for an hour
- Pop out and serve!
