Rum-Nut Pudding Cake

  1. Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of greased and floured 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan.
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, 1/2 cup water, the oil, and 1/3 cup rum in large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat at low speed in electric mixer just to moisten, scraping sides of bowl often.
  4. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
