Sauteed Pork with Mirin and Mustard

  1. Mix all of the ingredients for the mirin mustard sauce together.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper, and sake, and coat with katakuriko.
  3. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, heat over a medium heat, saute the pork from step 2 on both sides, add the sauce from step 1, and boil down.
  4. Arrange on a plate, and serve with a salad on the side.
