Sauteed Pork with Mirin and Mustard
- 6 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 3 tbsp Hon-mirin
- 1 tbsp Grainy mustard
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Salad
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Mix all of the ingredients for the mirin mustard sauce together.
- Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper, and sake, and coat with katakuriko.
- Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, heat over a medium heat, saute the pork from step 2 on both sides, add the sauce from step 1, and boil down.
- Arrange on a plate, and serve with a salad on the side.
