Mini Chicken Pies Recipe
- 3 good size double chicken breasts
- 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 4 or possibly 5 green onions, minced
- 2 Packages crescent dinner rolls
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Cook chicken in water; cold and save broth.
- Dice chicken; mix with cream cheese and onion.
- Put about 2 Tbsp.
- in middle of each roll.
- Wrap up and around; seal edges.
- Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees per roll directions on package.
- Serve with sauce.
- Sauce: Soup mixed with 1/2 to 1 can chicken broth.
