Mini Chicken Pies Recipe

  1. Cook chicken in water; cold and save broth.
  2. Dice chicken; mix with cream cheese and onion.
  3. Put about 2 Tbsp.
  4. in middle of each roll.
  5. Wrap up and around; seal edges.
  6. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees per roll directions on package.
  7. Serve with sauce.
  8. Sauce: Soup mixed with 1/2 to 1 can chicken broth.
