A Salad Of Many Colours Recipe

  1. Wash, trim and dry the lettuce, radicchio and endives.
  2. Fold in a large bowl.
  3. Pare the carrot and cut into thin star shape slices.
  4. Sprinkle on lettuce along with the red pepper.
  5. Place the flowers and rose petals around the salad.
  6. Blend the garlic together with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings.
  7. Serve the salad with the vinaigrette separately.
  8. Serves 4-6
