Easy Lemon Cheesecake Pie with Strawberries
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 4 strawberries, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended.
- Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of crust.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add ice; stir until melted.
- Refrigerate 5 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Pour over cream cheese layer in crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP and berries just before serving.
