BAKER'S ONE BOWL Chocolate Fudge

  1. Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
  2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
  4. Spread in foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares.
  7. Variations:
  8. Rocky Road Fudge: Prepare Fudge as directed, adding 2 cups miniature marshmallows with vanilla and nuts.
  9. Peanut Butter Fudge: Prepare Fudge as directed, omitting nuts.
  10. Drop 1/2 cup peanut butter by teaspoonfuls on top of fudge.
  11. Swirl with knife to marbleize.
  12. White Chocolate Layered Fudge: Prepare Fudge as directed.
  13. Spread in prepared pan.
  14. Before refrigerating fudge, melt 1 pkg.
  15. (6 squares) BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate as directed on package.
  16. Stir in 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.
  17. Spread over fudge in pan.
  18. Refrigerate as directed.
