Broiled Swordfish Steaks Recipe
- Seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 1/4 tsp Fennel seed, grnd
- 1 tsp Anise seed, grnd
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 6 x Swordfish steaks, at room te
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
- Preparation Time: 15:0Combine the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place the broiler rack in the middle position and preheat the broiler.
- Dip each steak in melted butter, coating both sides.
- Sprinkle one side of each steak with 3/4 tsp.

- Season the other side of each steak with 3/4 tsp.
