Stuffed Avocados
- 2 avocado pears
- 1 can smoked mussels
- Peri peri
- Lemon juice
- Halve the Avacados pears, dig them out slightly and coat them with a thin layer of lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
- Drain the can of mussels and shake up the mussels with peri peri (to taste).
- Fill the hollow avocados with mussels and serve.
