Cereal Peanut Butter Bars

• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup
• 1-1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
• 3 cups
• 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1. Microwave sugar, syrup and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
2. Pour syrup mixture over cereal in large bowl; mix to coat well.
3. Press into greased foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
4. Spread melted chocolate evenly over cereal mixture.
5. Let stand or refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
6. Cut into bars.
7. Store in refrigerator.
