Blueberry Streusel Cake Recipe

  1. Combine 1/2 c. sugar; and next 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer 5 min.
  2. Combine 1 - 1/2 c. flour and baking soda; add in to egg mix alternately with yogurt, beginning and ending with flour mix.
  3. Pour batter into a 9 inch round tart pan coated with cooking spray., spreading proportionately over bottom and up sides of pan.
  4. Combine remaining 1/4 c. sugar, 1 Tablespoons flour, and next 3 ingredients, tossing gently.
  5. Spoon over batter, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till lightly browned; cold 20 min on a wire rack.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
